      We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful execution of high-end residential construction projects ranging from $1 million to $6 million. The APM will work closely with Project Managers, site superintendents, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in custom home building while gaining hands-on project management experience. Key Responsibilities Project Support - Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and timelines. 
- Prepare meeting notes, daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation. 
- Support in drafting progress reports and communicating updates to internal teams and clients. 
 Coordination - Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure work is completed as scheduled. 
- Track materials, deliveries, and inventory to prevent delays. 
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify conflicts or required clarifications. 
 Client & Partner Interaction - Participate in client and design partner meetings, assisting in follow-up communication and documentation. 
- Ensure clear and timely communication between field teams, office staff, and external partners. 
- Support efforts to maintain client satisfaction through attentive service and detail management. 
 Quality & Safety Support - Assist in conducting site inspections for quality assurance and safety compliance. 
- Document and track punch list items, ensuring timely resolution. 
- Help monitor that all work meets company standards and project specifications. 
 Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience). 
- 2+ years of experience in residential construction, preferably in project coordination or management support. 
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, codes, and permitting processes. 
- Proficiency with project management and construction software. 
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. 
 Preferred Skills - Experience supporting luxury or high-end residential projects ($1M–$6M). 
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. 
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn from senior managers. 
 Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $60,000–$85,000 (based on experience)

      We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter with experience in high-end residential construction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finish carpentry and custom millwork, with an eye for craftsmanship and precision. You’ll be working on custom homes and renovations ranging from $1 million to $6 million, collaborating with our project managers, superintendents, and design partners to bring architectural visions to life. Responsibilities - Perform trim and finish carpentry to the highest quality standards 
- Install custom millwork, cabinetry, windows, doors, and specialty finishes 
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications 
- Collaborate with site superintendents and project managers to stay on schedule 
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite while following all safety regulations 
- Assist in mentoring junior carpenters and apprentices as needed 
 Qualifications - 7+ years of carpentry experience in residential construction (high-end/custom preferred) 
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment 
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and installation techniques 
- Ability to read and execute architectural and shop drawings 
- Attention to detail and commitment to fine craftsmanship 
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on active job sites in the North Shore/Greater Boston area 
 Compensation & Benefits - Hourly rate: $30–$45/hour, based on experience

      We are seeking a full time cabinetmaker. Applicants should be able to read production/shop drawings/site measurements. Handle or train in all aspects of custom millwork production. Needs to have knowledge of cabinetry production from inception to completion. This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and must be able to work as a team member in order to produce high levels of productivity.
